Dec. 1 - Teamwork! We have a large Ginkgo tree and they drop all their leaves in one day! Soooooo someone needs to rake. The sons and I got to work and cleared theYard!
Dec. 2 - I tried another Kraft Recipe Maker - Chicken Enchiladas with Verde Sauce!! Oh my Gosh -
these were delish!!! And now that I have Plain Chicken's Refried Beans Recipe, I will never just heat up a can of beans again. For her Special Refrieds, mix together one can of Refried Beans, 1/2 Cup Salsa, 1/2 Cup sour cream. Put in a baking dish and top with your favorite cheese. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. Next time I need to double the recipe!! The Enchiladas bake the same length of time so everything is ready at once.
Dec. 3 - joining a Veggie Co-op!! Too good to pass up!!
Dec. 4 - if you are from the South, you will understand this! Every winter we have days near 80 degrees followed by days in the 30's. It's Normal Here.

Dec. 6 - had an early morning appointment - that means Breakfast at Panera!
Dec. 7 - Getting Ready to Decorate for Christmas! Yes, that's a Christmas Tree!! This makes me Happy! See the finished tree soon!!
