You can't go wrong with Bacon Wrapped Anything! I dare you to eat just one!
Sharon's Recipe
Bacon Wrapped Smokies

Cocktail sausages
Bacon
2 cups brown sugar
1 stick butter

Preheat oven to 375F. Cut the bacon into thirds and wrap each smokie. Place all the wrapped smokies in a single layer in a baking dish. Melt the stick of butter and then add 1 cup of brown sugar and stir until mixed well. Pour the butter and brown sugar mixture on the bacon wrapped smokies. Then take the other cup of brown sugar and sprinkle evenly over the smokies. Bake for about 15-20 minutes and then turn the heat up to 400F for about 5 minutes or longer until the bacon becomes crispy.

Note - 1 lb of bacon will wrap one package of smokies plus about 8 - 10 more smokies. The amount of butter and brown sugar for the mixture really depends on how many you make. For a 9x13 pan I start with 1/2 stick of butter and 1/2 cup of brown sugar. I still sprinkle the full 1 cup of brown sugar though.

Kimra went Gourmet! These were amazing.

Brie Tartlets...

2 packages of mini Phyllo cups (found in the Dessert freezer section)
Brie- cut into chunks (remove rind)
Fig preserves
Chopped Almonds or toasted sliced almonds

Put chunks of brie in cups, top with preserves and then almonds.

Bake at 350 for about 5 minutes- not too long, just enough for brie to warm up.

Don't like Spinach? You will like these! Try them!! Kimra made these too!

In a hurry?? Grab an Edgar's Cheese Ball!
