AHHHMAZING Honey! Visit Cloister Honey from Charlotte, N.C.
I've never done a Honey tasting so this was a real treat. The owner, Randall Clark, is passionate about his bees and his honey and we tried just about every blend. Try the Ghost Pepper Honey!! It's Hot but oh so Good. I bought some Bourbon Honey for nights when I have a cough or cold! Another amazing fact, the Ritz-Carlton in Charlotte has several of his hives on their roof!

If you live in Birmingham, I am sure you know about Millie Ray's Famous Rolls. I tried the Orange Rolls and they Melt in your mouth. You can't eat just one!!
